AB Dynamics to demonstrate latest track test products and Theta Seat driving simulator at Testing Expo China

The Soft Scooter 360™ has been developed in response to the growing global popularity of scooters and its design focuses on enhanced realism, durability, and vehicle protection. It is also compatible with C-NCAP 2021 protocols. In addition, the Soft Pedestrian 360™ will also be on display with the highly manoeuvrable LaunchPad™ Spin Vulnerable Road User (VRU) platform, which makes its debut in China at the show. 

The Theta Seat from sister company, Ansible Motion, is a highly immersive Driver-in-the-Loop (DIL) static simulator used by the automotive industry to accelerate the development of vehicles and sub-systems. With an active pedal and steering wheel force feedback system with zero cogging it enables engineers to develop, test and validate vehicle systems more efficiently. The Theta Seat is used for ADAS & CAV, brake studies, steering development, and human factor studies. The platform uses rFpro’s simulation software to provide a highly accurate virtual environment to test in.
