AB Dynamics opens new technical facility in Bavaria 

AB Dynamics has opened a new technical facility in Bavaria, near Munich. The new site further strengthens support for customers across southern Germany by improving equipment uptime and enhancing test efficiency for local OEMs and suppliers. 

The facility is strategically located to complement our existing German headquarters in Giessen and expands our ability to provide high-level technical expertise and rapid servicing within the region. 

The new facility features a dedicated training centre where customers can receive expert instruction on the maintenance of AB Dynamics’ full product portfolio. Beyond training, the site houses a specialist repair and maintenance department. 

Holger Hildsberg, Managing Director of AB Dynamics Germany is looking forward to welcoming customers to the new facility; “As vehicle development cycles continue to shorten, emphasis is on test teams to maximise uptime and operate with greater efficiency. Fast access to technical expertise, training, and repair capability is becoming essential. The new Bavaria facility is designed to support that reality, helping customers reduce disruption, maintain momentum in their test programmes, and enable us to respond more quickly when issues arise.” 

Built to the latest energy-efficiency standards, the facility features rooftop solar panels and supports AB Dynamics’ commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2030. With capacity for future expansion, the site strengthens our long-term support for the German automotive industry.
