New Fleet Management add-on unlocks greater control of driverless test fleets

As part of the Track Applications Suite (TAS) release, AB Dynamics has introduced a new Fleet Management add-on for Ground Traffic Control (GTC). The optional module provides powerful new tools for customers managing large driverless test fleets, helping users improve efficiency, flexibility and oversight during complex test programmes.

Streamlined scenario deployment

• Select and deploy tests directly from GTC without needing to interact with RC. Once deployed, users can ready, start and resume all vehicles simultaneously, significantly reducing setup time for large fleets.
• Combine compatible tests into one scenario and add or remove vehicles mid-cycle without restarting.

Enhanced fleet oversight with event history

• The add-on also introduces a fleet event history panel that provides a complete record of test activity by vehicle with insights into failures, performance, mileage, and event completion to help teams with reporting and assessing efficiency.

By combining streamlined scenario deployment with detailed event tracking, Fleet Management enables more complex multi-vehicle programmes with less downtime and more control.

Fleet Management is one of several new enhancements in the TAS25b release, alongside updates to GTC and the expanded Special Groups library supporting Euro NCAP 2026 testing.
