The Automotive Testing Expo is almost underway again, this time in Novi, Michigan, USA.
AB Dynamics is exhibiting alongside sister companies DRI and rFpro. The event runs from October 26-28 at the Suburban Collection Showplace, Novi, Michigan, USA.

This year visitors will be able to see and experience three of our most exciting product innovations that are already shaping the future of the industry – all on booth 5004.
For the first time at Testing Expo we'll be exhibiting our newest driving robot, the Halo. The Halo uses a carbon fibre steering rim and innovative wrap-around design, allowing a 35% reduction in motor height compared to other models. It is the ideal solution for a wide range of tests including the Euro NCAP Emergency Steering Support (ESS) procedure, and its high torque makes it ideal for evaluating limit handling.
The Halo display will be joined by the new LaunchPad 80 VRU test platform. Capable of safe and controlled testing at speeds of up to 80 km/h and braking at over 0.6g, it is the only platform that fully meets the speed requirements of Euro NCAP’s AEB/LSS VRU Test Protocol for motorcycle testing due to come into effect in 2023.
And finally, we will be demonstrating Ground Traffic Control (GTC). GTC is a next-generation solution for managing test track vehicle traffic including ADAS platforms, human and robot-controlled vehicles along with fixed proving ground infrastructure like traffic lights and barriers.
