The law

International transfers
Some of the providers above are based outside the UK. Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google reCAPTCHA, YouTube) is a current participant in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the "UK-US Data Bridge"). Where a provider is not part of that framework, any transfer is instead protected by an International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum. AB Dynamics does not control third-party cookies directly; each provider's own privacy policy governs their data use.
