How do I access the customer portal?

You can access the portal by logging in with your credentials here. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register via the portal home screen. For additional support, please contact tracksupport@abdynamics.com.

How do I update the software for my track test system?

You can find the latest version of the software for your system on the support page here. If you need any assistance with the installation or configuration of software updates, please contact our support engineers through the customer portal or by email at tracksupport@abdynamics.com.

How do I report a problem or request a service for my track test system?

If you need to report a problem, please do so by contacting us at tracksupport@abdynamics.com. You will need to provide some details about your system, the problem, or the service you need, and attach any relevant files or screenshots. Our support engineers will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide you with a solution or a quotation.

How do I communicate with the track support engineers and monitor the progress of my request?

You can communicate with the support engineers and monitor the progress of your request via the customer portal. When you log in, you will see a list of your support issues and RMAs, along with their status and priority. You can also view the messages and files exchanged with the support engineers and reply to them or add new information. You will receive an email notification whenever there is an update on your request.

I have an urgent issue with my track test equipment and the UK office is closed, what do I do now?

If the UK office is closed, you can contact one of our regional representatives who may be able to assist you; we have an extensive network of regional offices and distributors. You can find their contact details here. You will need to provide some details about your system, the problem, and attach any relevant files or screenshots. Our support engineers will respond to your request as soon as possible. You can also check the portal to access user guides and manuals.

Can I upgrade my warranty on laboratory test products?

Yes, our laboratory test products come with a 12-month warranty, which can be upgraded to 24 months. For more information on upgrading your laboratory test product warranty, email spmmsupport@abdynamics.com outlining your requirements and we will provide you with a quote.
