We are delighted to announce the launch of our new GTC Remote, a hand-held remote control that can be used to operate GST and LaunchPad ADAS platforms, including the latest LaunchPad Spin.
This new remote consolidates the individual components of a typical static base station setup into a highly portable handheld unit, including precise analogue stick controls, radio, safety controller and base station software. Its portability, combined with simplified software workflows significantly reduces the amount of time required to get test scenarios up and running.
A user-focused design is at the centre of the new remote and it features an ergonomic, ruggedised weight-balanced housing that integrates a seven-inch colour touchscreen, a powerful processor and a long-lasting battery for all-day use. The thoughtful design extends to the software user interface which features simplified and streamlined workflows that make setting up and running test scenarios more efficient than ever.
The GTC Remote features interchangeable radios for use with our existing radio options, including the latest-generation TrackFi PowerMesh, or another preferred communication network. This flexibility ensures that the GTC Remote can be integrated into any test environment, regardless of existing communication infrastructure.
The GTC Remote is ideal for pedestrian and cyclist ADAS testing where only one platform is required. By reducing the need for multiple hardware components, the remote streamlines the logistics of test setup so that engineers and technicians can spend more track time testing.The GTC Remote enables test engineers to conduct single platform ADAS testing with ease and efficiency, it still while ensuring high-quality results and safety standards.
